The 16th Annual Telluride Foundation Rundola is a challenging uphill foot race that serves as a highlight of Telluride's Fourth of July festivities. Participants climb the Telluride Trail, gaining 1,810 feet in elevation over a steep 13% grade. The course takes runners from the base of the gondola to the scenic San Sophia ridge.
