This challenging course begins at Thorpe Park and climbs onto the historic Observatory Mesa, where astronomers famously discovered Pluto. Runners are treated to breathtaking, high-altitude views of the San Francisco Peaks while navigating rugged dirt roads. With elevations reaching over 7,700 feet, the course demands respect, particularly during the initial climb.
