The Black Out Run is a community-focused event held in honor of Juneteenth, celebrating unity, strength, and culture. Participants are encouraged to wear all black to symbolize resilience and togetherness as they traverse a short, accessible 1.7-mile course. This inclusive run welcomes walkers, joggers, and runners of all paces to join in the collective energy. Held in the North Hills area of Raleigh, the event emphasizes safety and community connection. Please note that registration is mandatory for all attendees, as security and roll call procedures are strictly enforced on race day.
