The ninth annual Boy with the Boot 5k returns in 2026 as a featured event in the RUNDUSKY Race Series. Runners will enjoy a scenic route that begins and ends at the iconic Boy with the Boot statue located in historic Washington Park. The course highlights the local landscape by utilizing the Sandusky Bay Pathway for more than half of the 3.1-mile distance. This community-focused race offers a great opportunity to experience the waterfront charm of the area. Participants receive a Dri-fit t-shirt and a finisher medal with their registration.
