Carrboro 5K/10K

The Carrboro 10K and 5K races return to the community, offering runners a chance to race through local neighborhoods. Both distances begin at 8 a.m. at McDougle Middle School and conclude with a final lap on the school's track. These events are part of the Le Tour de Carrboro, a three-race series dedicated to supporting Carrboro Area Charities. With a flat registration fee of $35, this event is widely considered one of the best values in the Triangle area. Runners should note that the 5K distance is capped at 300 participants, so early registration is encouraged to secure a spot.
