Death By A Mile is an ultimate test of endurance that challenges runners to complete a one-mile loop on a progressively tightening schedule. Starting at 8:00 AM, the time allowed for each mile decreases throughout the day, eventually dropping to every six minutes until only one male and one female runner remain. This high-stakes elimination format takes place at Sam Houston Park, where the course is clearly marked for participants.
