This six-week youth training program is designed for children in grades K through 6 to build running confidence and endurance. Each weekly session takes place on Thursday evenings and includes 20 to 30 minutes of structured training followed by a run that progresses from a quarter-mile to a full mile or more based on individual ability. Participants receive a t-shirt, a certificate of completion, and a discount toward the target race at Lakebottom Park.
