This event features multiple heats assigned by predicted finish times, making it suitable for runners of all speeds. Participants can enjoy post-race refreshments provided by Panera. The event also includes a competitive distance medley relay and a free 400-meter Tot Trot for children aged five and under. As part of the Strider Grand Prix and Youth Grand Prix series, it offers a great opportunity to chase personal bests on a certified track surface.
